Payment
Conference Fee
The registration fee is 300 EUR (including 27% VAT) (or 93 000 Ft + 27% VAT for Hungarian participants) via bank transfer by 20th October 2024. The registration fee only includes taking part of the Sessions and coffee breaks, however does not include lunches or conference dinner.
After the 23th of October, at the registration desk, the registration fee is 380 EUR (including 27% VAT). Euro can be paid by credit card only. Forints can be paid in cash or by credit card.
If you want to participate in:
- the lunch on the 28th October: 20 Euro (including 27% VAT) (or 6000 Ft + 27% VAT for Hungarian participants),
- the lunch on the 29th October: 20 Euro (including 27% VAT) (or 6000 Ft + 27% VAT for Hungarian participants),
- the conference dinner (wine tasting in Villány, bus transfer is provided) on the 28th October: 65 EUR (including 27% and 5% VAT) must be paid (or 26 000 Ft (including 27% and 5% VAT) for Hungarian participants).
Catering and dinner are guaranteed to be available by advance payment. In the case of payment at the registration desk these are subject to availability and +15% cost will be charged.

The traveling and the accommodation costs are not included in the conference participation and should be organized by the participants.

The invoice will be sent by e-mail within 24 hours of registering payment at our receiving bank.
Cancellation and refunds policy
In the event of registration cancellation, fees paid in advance are refundable - less a 50 EUR service charge - provided a written notification made by e-mail to phddla2024@neo.mik.pte.hu is received no later than 20th October, 2024. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 20th October, 2024 and for no-shows.
